To promote safer streets and encourage drivers to slow down, the Township of Russell is offering free “Slow Down” lawn signs to residents. These signs serve as a visual reminder for drivers to be mindful of their speed and to prioritize community safety.

Lawn signs are limited in number and restricted to one per address.
